1. Empowerment through Economic Opportunities.
To uplift the economic welfare of women, girls, and boys by addressing unique challenges and promoting inclusive opportunities for sustainable livelihoods.

To promote gender equality by empowering women and girls through targeted programs and initiatives that support their education, skills development, and financial independence.
3. Financial Literacy and Stability
To equip participants with the knowledge and tools to manage finances effectively and build a secure future through comprehensive training programs in financial literacy, risk management, and controls, customer service.
4. Entrepreneurship and Job Creation
To enhance the capacity of women and girls through entrepreneurial training, enabling them to start and grow small businesses in their communities and provide tailored customer service training to enhance participants’ employability.
5. Community Development and Advocacy
To promote community development by addressing systematic barriers to economic opportunities and fostering an inclusive environment for all, while advocating for policies and initiatives that support the economic and social inclusion of the targeted groups i.e. women and the youths.
6. Global Warming and Climate Change Awareness
To raise community awareness about the dangers of carbon emissions and promote actionable, sustainable solutions to mitigate climate change, including targeted education for women and youth on climate-resilient agricultural practices, adoption of efficient renewable energy technologies, water conservation methods, and strategies for forest conservation and restoration.
